Even though this is a “chain” drug store, the staff helps it feel like a small town family enterprise. The front end staff never fails to say hello and the pharmacy is collegial and helpful.

Staff is fantastic i go there because its free for me to use and also use pharmacy. I pretty much talk to all the staff like real conversations and can honestly say very had a bad experience only thing that isn't to par in this RA is cold food section. Is lacking and cooler isn't very cool but besides that might be best RA in city of buffalo.

I Went in for my prescription 1 hours after having a tumor removed. I was left alone and disoriented in the rite aid after having surgery. I asked for assistance from the pharmacist because I did not have many support and desperately needed my script.nnI was told “ it sounds like a personal problem and it is not their responsibility to do anything expect give me medications”. In situations like this RITE AID is not trained in empathy or compassion. If a sedated surgery patient walks into your pharmacy unable to articulate his situation then you need to act appropriatelynnYou are a let down and one of the worst pharmacies in buffalo New York. The audacity you would say it’s my problem due to your inability to fill a script is the reason why I will never return here.nnAfter being a 10 year customer. This shows me that rite aid is not family oriented or person centered. It is a business that only cares about your money.

I was getting a pack of gum and I went up to the register and it was $1.50 Tax. I did not have enough money so I had to get out of line and ask my sister if she had any change. I them went back up to the register and the price was $.90 less. Right after that a man came in and said that she had charged him extra money for a donation he did not ask for. I am almost positive that this is what she had done for me the first time. This was a very stressful experience.

This is a very small Rite Aid store but it has a real neighborhood feel. The employees are extremely friendly and helpful. I fill prescriptions here and have not had problems but they are very busy. It is a very convenient store!
