Woodside Campsites

Called after hours in January. Owner answered phone... wow speaks volumes by me I was considering buying a camper from some one there and I will say place looks nice and owners are friendly. I'd definetly consider stopping here for a weekend. We usually use the state park system but we occasionally use private campgrounds.

My family and I came here last summer for one weekend just to see how this campground was because we have heard MANY great things about it. They exceeded our expectations. The owners were so welcoming and super nice. All the campers acknowledged everyone and always smiled and said hi. There is limited cellphone service which we loved because there’s so much to do here! The waterfalls were our favorite and they have so many kid friendly and family friendly activities. That had a kids carnival with a balloon clown blowing up balloons and so many games! We ended up coming four weekends because we loved it so much and we’ve never gotten bored. We tried Arkwright Hills campground and cherry creek campground that’s just a couple minutes down the road and they didn’t have anything nearly like Woodside campground. This campground is large and beautiful and so accommodating to your needs. We love woodside!!!!!

Staff isn't to friendly and I bottomed out my vehicle a ton of times. They charge you for dropping someone off inside even if your not staying. You also have to fight to get your money back If your not staying. Not a whole lot to do there either and people inside the camp site are rude as hell as well. there are a few nice ones but I dont recommend it to anyone.

We stayed here for 2 months this summer while my husband worked in the area. We enjoyed our stay very much. Very quiet. Lots of weekend activities. Very fast internet. Beautiful camping experience.
