There are many payroll processing options available and we looked at several before deciding to on one. We become been clients of Mass Advantage Payroll since July, 2015. The transition from processing payroll in-house to this service was seamless. Whenever we have a question, it is answered promptly, courteously, and professionally. The HR feature is outstanding! It's as if we have a full HR staff on site! Processing our payroll is quick and easy. Moving our payroll processing to this company was the best decision we made.

Have been using Advantage Payroll Services for more than two years. Compared to what I had used in the past 15 years, Advantage is BEST! Their payroll specialist, Jennifer and Aaron, are reliable, knowledgeable and very pleasant to work with! The other good thing about them is they DO pick up the phone right away, never once put me to voicemail or on hold for more than a few minutes! Highly recommend!

We have used Advantage Payroll since 2010. We are glad to have such a great partner. Paula is our point of contact and she is superb to work with. The best thing about Advantage is that they are reliable and always available to assist us. We never have to wait for calls to be returned. Its a seamless operation and that is exactly what we need as a small business.

Simply put Advantage is the best payroll company! Bruce, the owner is very hands on and can always be reached, which is important when you need those quick answers. They have an excellent support team always courteous, efficient and professional. My questions/problems are always handled promptly. I have set up numerous accounts with Advantage and done so effortlessly. Their reports are easy to read and always accurate. I've worked with Paula for many years she has been exceptional! The staff always goes above and beyond, whenever I reach out to them. I will not take on a new client unless they agree to use Advantage!
