I've asked Wayne Cook several times for copies of the 2016 tax returns he filed for me. He never got back to me, never gave me copies of my returns. He's despicable. He also bragged about how he was charging me $150/hr to help me negotiate with the IRS, which is tasteless considering the financial situation I was in. In the end I paid him over $1,000 to basically get my transcripts from the IRS (a thing I could do myself), and file my taxes, which were done incorrectly. I got a letter from the IRS a year later saying I owed more. The guy is arrogant, useless, and incompetent.
