Sparta Station Athletics

It had a lot to do with the weather. But, they don't pick up the phones. We just were not a match. But... I think their challenge program idea is Awesome.

This is a great gym, with a great program. Also the staff is awesome. They have no problem helping and correcting you if you need to adjust to get the best possible work out. The attitude of the other members is great, and it is a very friendly place.

Awesome gym, awesome people, awesome coaches. Been coming here since February and have gotten so much stronger. We pick things up and put them down. Great kids program for those under 12 as well. I finally found a place that I want to go work out at. Aces in my book.

So far I love it. The coaches are great and the environment is both professional but really inviting and friendly. The only thing I wish they had was more amenities like locker rooms.

Great gym and great people. Best workout I've ever done. I lost 15lb In just over 3 months. It's amazing how fast your body transforms with Crossfit. I come from a background of working out 2 body parts a day. Now I've come to realize that was such a waste of time. The coaching is excellent. They really cater to your individual needs and push you to do better. I'll never go back to the regular gym...Crossfit for life...
