Simply put , DeBoer’s is on a totally different level of thorough and competence. I am not easy to impress when it comes to customer service but Tina is a powerhouse and an asset to this business. The technicians were clean and there was no signs that anyone was even in my vehicle. If you care about your vehicle and want it to last put your trust in their hands. I assure you that you will not be disappointed. I’m a big fan and customer(now)

Always very prompt and detailed. I like everything is electronic when dealing with them. I also enjoy that they provide pictures, description and a video from anything they see that is wrong and that I can pick what I want done, not like dealing with dealership repair shops. It's also pretty cool that they text me regularly to see if my vehicle is still doing alright. Good customer service in my opinion, well worth the cost.

Even before my car was towed to their shop, I received wonderful service. Tina was my point of contact and told me what to expect when my car arrived at the shop. Shortly thereafter, Tina called to tell me what the mechanics had found, a very detailed estimate and a time frame on when the car would be ready. While I didn't receive great news about the diagnosis, Tina explained what was wrong and how it could have occurred both gently and professionally. My car was finished as promised and runs better than it did in years. Upon picking up my car, I found a lovely note from the entire staff and a gift! DeBoer's truly does make you feel like you are part of their family with their wonderful service and they also do great work! Thank you to everyone there!

This was my first time going to DeBoer's Auto. I went in for an oil change. I was very pleased with the service. Everything was thoroughly explained in detail about what was going to be done as well as recommendations that need to be done in the future. I highly recommend them and I will be back again in the future.
