10 star treatment!! This service team goes above and beyond. Jeff, the Service Senior Manager, is the best example for his staff to follow. He listens and takes action. My vehicle was thoroughly tested and serviced. The smooth transition with my car and the loaner was also smooth. I received a phone call to provide my updates and status on my vehicle's progress. I would recommend this team for your service needs. Lori is fantastic and always does her best with scheduling and appointments.

Excellent service and dealing. To the point and very helpful.Alex was excellent sales person and was very nice man. He helped us to chose our vehicle and made timely delivery. Hassle-free. Lawrence , sales manager and John who showed us features of the car were very nice and helpful. I highly recommend dealership and people I dealt with. .

Bridgewater BMW services my CPO 2017 BMW X5 and they are really fantastic. The entire team is courteous, professional, and are proactive in communicating the status of my vehicle when it is in their shop.nnI had a recent issue with water and the care and time the team spent on my vehicle was greatly appreciated. They kept the vehicle for extra time to ensure it was completely dried and repaired properly before returning it to me. Nick kept me in the loop with status updates daily and was a pleasure to work with.nnThis was a complicated job and I knew Bridgewater BMW would be up to the task. They didn't disappoint and exceeded expectations again.

BMW of Bridgewater is a great place if you looking to lease or buy your BMW. The staff and support teams are great and very helpful. I would highly recommend.nnOur sales associate, Alex was the best. He took care of us and was very patient and tremendously helpful during multiple visits and answered each and every question. He also advised us very well as it was our first BMW. Hats off to him. Also, I want to mention John Palombo who did a demo of the car and familiarized us with its features. Patty at the front desk is also awesome. Also the service desk and Parts are great. Overall a great experience.
