That girl with the black hair, believe her name is Crystalynn, is absolutely amazing does a great job and seems like a hard worker! However it seem like she works alone in there, is she the only person who works here!?

Very hard to park in front of store when you are disabled when all the delivery people park their. The front counter including the register is covered with flour I'm guessing.. the place needs a good cleaning...

Really disappointed in tonights pizza. We ordered extra sausage and had few than a regular. Pizza was very sloppy. We picked up the pizza. The gentleman cutting the pizza Did Not have a mask on. Little scary

I was extremely disappointed with my experience at this location. I love Papa John's pizza, but the service was awful. I ordered online and my order said it would be ready in 15-25 minutes. I watched the tracking app to see when my order would be ready to be picked up. The app just stayed at preparing for close to an hour. I called to ask about the status of my order and was put on hold for 10 minutes. I called back and was asked to be put on hold again, which I declined. When I asked about the status of my order, I was told it had been ready for awhile. When I picked my order up it was cold. All I got was a half hearted, Sorry. I have had much better service at both Dominoes and Little Caesars. Dominoes app works great, and Little Caesars actually keeps your order hot. I will not be ordering from here again.

I tried calling last night about missing item to see what had happen? Never got an introduction to state the issue. However, which I did get was hung up more than once within 5 ring or less. Very unhappy! Especially when I tipped $30 on a $53.00 total menu which I spent overall total with tip of $83! Worst part I tried to get a hold of the person who picked up my order through door dash to let them aware what was missing and NEVER got a response or a call back from s/he! Very disappointed and will not be returning from this unpleasant experience again.
