Ice sculpture delivered to venue late. When they did the set up, they didn’t have all the equipment they needed (a bucket to catch melt off). They borrowed the only one they could find from the caterer which wasn’t nearly no enough but didn’t tell anyone, so it overflowed and stained the venue floor. They wanted extra money to pick up their equipment (last minute surprise charge) and then refused to work with the venue on covering the damage. Overall, they were horribly unprofessional.
I have no idea how many ice sculptors there are in SLC, but you’ll want to find another one.
