Hardy Foods is the BEST meal prep service I have ever used. & I’m not just saying that. The quality of the food is amazing, the portion size is great & the taste of the food is to die for! I can truly say I never had a bad meal or something I didn’t like. John Hardy was always so receptive and took my likings & unlikings seriously and never messed up! They are great at communicating! I will recommend them to all the UT people!

Just wanted to say thanks so much for providing a life changing service and absolutely DELICIOUS HIGH QUALITY meals! I have cooked three meals a day for years for my family. And while I love cooking, it takes up so much time between shopping, prep and cleanup that it leaves very little time for quality time with my toddler and self care during the work week. Recently had some big life changes and decided to do this keto meal service to focus on my own health and only have to worry about cooking for my daughter. The past few days have been so much easier just grabbing my meal from the fridge for work or heating it up in the evening for dinner. It has allowed me so much more free time to play with my toddler and focus on more important things right now. So truly, thank you so much. I cant express how happy I am to have found Hardy Foods! I also love that every Monday my meals are dropped off at my front door! So convenient! I am excited to continue and get my health, happiness and body back.

Hardy Foods is so convenient! With my wife being in med school and me working full time while in grad school, we were looking for something that could save us some time on cooking. All we had to do is place an order each week and pick up all the food on Sunday evening. The meals were great, and the owner worked with each of us to get feedback on what we liked and what we wanted to change about our meals each week. Would definitely recommend this as a healthy meal plan option in the Salt Lake City area!

I am seriously so impressed by John and Hardy Foods. The quality of the meals and how much convenience it adds to my life is so well worth the price. It is cheaper than most food delivery companies and its better quality. Also John has been extremely accommodating to exclude things from meals. If you do not like something they tailor meals just for you. Seriously cannot say enough how much I recommend Hardy Foods.

Hardy Foods has been excellent! Great for convenient healthy meals. The owner, John, is very receptive to feedback and is willing to make adjustments. He also texts once a week to ensure that his customers are enjoying their meals. Would highly recommend!
