My phone order got lost. But they got me what I wanted within about 15-20 minutes.
Brad was great when receiving my carry-out order over the phone, and Jordan was super friendly giving me my pizza! This Papa John’s is always spectacular and always on time, whether I order delivery or carry out. Thank you!
Ordered two pizzas at 10:17pm when they close at 11. The pizzas were never delivered. Granted they refunded my money that night. They never called to let me know they will not be delivering my food. Called the store the next day and apparently have no documentation that we placed the order? 10/10 would not recommend ordering from here. The fact that they didn't have the decency to let me know they will not be delivering my food.
Great tasting pizza but way to much edge crust if it happens again I won't be back there's no excuse for that.
Absolute trash food. McDonald's is better. Domino's is 100x better for 2/3 the price. Never eating here again.
