the new blonde manager needs to go. I called 5+ times and no one answered... ever Manager/Bully shamed multiple employees in front of me in the seconds I was indoors (since few wore masks) and then they yelled at members of the staff right in front of me? Bully/Manager wouldn't give me my pizza and forced me to watch (an hourly employee) put it in the vending machine *after* it was ready to make their quota. Few customers wore masks--and the only ones holding them accountable were your own customers. What is happening?!?

Go to the store and buy a frozen pizza. While you’re there purchase a shovel as well. Go home and put the pizza in the freezer. Go into your backyard and dig a fire pit and construct a surface to cook a pizza on over the flames. Watch a YouTube video and learn how to start a fire the old fashioned way with some sticks. When you’re done get out the pizza and cook it carefully over your newly constructed fire pit. When that’s all done you use the fire to send smoke signals to your friends that the pizza is finished. You still would have a pizza ready to eat before this poorly run establishment. Whether you order ahead on the phone, on the app, or in store. Doesn’t matter. I’ve tried it. It’s a joke.

We could ordered a pizza to be delivered to my work. The pizza was delivered not to the work but across the street to an empty park. They left the pizza by a fence in a pile of dirt! Love their pizza but don’t recommend using them for delivery. They do delivery through door dash. We never got our pizza! It was gone from the spot after looking for 20 minutes. Then we were on the phone for 1 hour just to end up getting a refund.

I ordered a couple of pizzas and crazy breads from their app for pickup 45 mins later (at that time frame, I may as well order quality pizza somewhere else for delivery) but oh well... I get the notification that the order is ready, so I had down to get it. The first thing I noticed is that I don't have any sauce to go with my bread sticks. I have to wait 5 mins for someone to come up front so I can ask about sauce. She goes back and gets me 1 sauce when I paid for 2. Oh well... then I get to the car and realize they forgot the wings that I had paid for, so back in I go. They tell me they accidentally gave them to someone else and need to remake my wings. About 1 hour and 15 mins after placing my order, I'm finally heading home to enjoy my complete order that I paid for. I'll probably get home and open a pizza box to find half of it is missing.....update: I got home and I'm not missing half of a pizza, so I guess I'm the end they did earn the 1 star that I have to give.
