The people are nice but I live 4 minutes away and the last time I ordered a sandwich, it got delivered to the wrong house so I had to call to see what happened. Thankfully they made me another sandwich and delivered it to me.
Great service! Fast and friendly, and the food was good. I've never been to a JJs before and the staff made it a great experience. I'd highly recommend going to this store!
I love Jimmy Johns and have never had so many issues with a location. Every other time I order from this location I seem to not get my order till an hour or more later. There was one night, which was a Friday night, that the store had managed to only schedule one delivery driver. It took almost two hours for my order to arrive. I love the company and the food but this store needs to work on its timeliness because it is failing to meet the company's "freaky fast" motto.

My past experiences have been ordering though the app and I am able to choose the extras I want. My first time in store and I didn't get the chance to add anything so I got my sandwich uour way not mine, it was good still but not how I like it.
I will still come back.
I’m not sure what has changed at my Jimmy Johns in brickyard but my past few orders have been really disappointing. I ordered delivery today and I had even ordered extra veggies and the sandwiches were tiny! My grandson ate his in like 5 bites and said ok now where’s lunch. It’s subtle but the sandwiches are slowly getting smaller and smaller. But I just want you to know we see it! We aren’t stupid! It’s just sad to see a product I enjoyed so much go so down in quality and consistency. Boo Jimmy!
