Pizza Hut

TL; DR The food is great but doesn't compensate for the terrible app. Do not use the app. It is not efficient or user-friendly. The app is an absolutely glitchy pain to use. Today, it screwed up my order and sent it to a different location than what I had specified in the app- never mind that I had manually changed my primary address. It chose a random, previous location and sent it there instead. The manager was nice enough to cancel the payment and offer me a free pizza. I wish we could get our lunch break back, though :/ Apart from this issue, the app has a number of things wrong with it. To name two, it won't let me spend rewards points, giving me an, "error" message instead; it won't let me change the delivery locations without placing an order first, then make me change the address, then empty the shopping cart, then forcing me to re-enter the order again. I've been a customer at Pizza Hut for years and can verify that these consistent issues have been present since they introduced the app a few years ago; even the employees complain about it, saying that the company's refusal to correct them makes their jobs harder (given how often they have to cancel payments and make apology pizzas, I can see why). I love their pizza, too (no one else makes thin and crispy like they do). Moving forward, I'm using a different app- preferably one that doesn't screw up the delivery address or sabotage my attempts to use frequent buyer rewards, deals, or coupons.

I'm not sure what everyone is complaining about. I've had this location several times and the pizza is always on point. I prefer pickup over delivery as it tends to be faster anyway. I can be an annoying customer but everyone has always been super nice to me. Food is always hot and the cheese is always melted. Maybe we just get lucky? We are super picky with our foods. I'm about to order for tonight and figured I'd leave a kudos to everyone who has handled my orders. Thank you. 💖 Also, I find it super cool that the owner is very responsive to people on here. I don't usually see that in many businesses.

We have ordered a lot of pizza in the past several months. This was one of the best. Will be ordering from this Pizza But again

Put in an order 1 hour ago on online and it’s over an hour and it went from order received to magically being delivered. It’s been 20 minutes and no pizza delivered still and no one’s picked up the phone. Then someone picks up and puts me back on hold and never picks up the phone again. 1hr and 45 minutes later my food arrives. Food is good but their customer service that you can’t get ahold of is -5 stars. I wouldn’t recommend ordering from this location ever. They’re a hot mess

I realize that it is not the fault of Pizza Hut, but the delivery driver seemed to have dropped the pizza delivered to me. It was all on one side of the box. The sauce cups were busted open. It was a mess.
