CrossFit 732 @ Absolute Strength Gym

One of the best gym experiences ever. Talk about a family workout experience! The team of coaches and fellow crossfitters are very knowledgeable, motivating and inviting. The workouts challenge you physically and mentally so you can be a better version of yourself. The workouts are also varied so different muscles ache, in the good way, each day. I recommend this gym to anyone just starting out or anyone in shape. The workouts cater to all levels.

I had to leave my old gym to train at CrossFit 732 and from DAY 1 they accepted me. Everyone is so friendly and nice!!! The atmosphere is so welcoming and energized. I met Jerry first and he made sure I knew where everything is. This is a quality gym. They are always moving, varying and working. I recommend this place to anyone that want to get down and work!
