I can not say enough about my beginner yoga class with Caitlyn (Cat)!! It was such an enjoyable, relaxing and intense time all at once! She really makes you feel like you are family there, knows us all by name and takes an interest in our lives too ud83dude01.nnShe also really pays attention to her students and knows where all of our difficulty areas are and helps us through it one by one based on our individual needs. Week to week she helps us all progress into our better selves.nnI’ve been to some other places and I must say, Caitlyn’s (Cat) yoga class on Tuesdays has been the best ever and I definitely recommend it to yogis of all levels!nnLet’s flow together.
