Bob did a good job selling me a box truck. Vitale has a better selection than Ryder and the trucks are in better shape. And they sent me to the best Italian restaurant around. Five stars.

Buying a used vehicle can be quite a challenging process. In my case, I needed to find a rust free Ford 550 in excellent mechanical condition, ready to tow and haul when I got it home on day one. These trucks hold their value and push the purchase price to my limit on what I could spend at the beginning. Therefore, I certainly couldn’t afford to buy a lemon that I would have to dump a large sum of money into! I found the right truck at Vitale Motors. I had an excellent working relationship with my salesman Scott, and he navigated me through my MANY questions on the specific truck I was looking at. What made this purchase successful for me was: not buying site unseen, but instead taking the time to test drive and inspect the vehicle prior to purchase. Vitale will answer any questions that a customer has, but how do you know what or all questions to ask if you haven’t seen the vehicle in person? Secondly, the dealership was VERY reasonable in addressing a couple mechanical concerns that I had prior to purchase. Finally, I felt Vitale Motors fairly represented the actual condition of the truck at the time of purchase. Time will tell if I did all my homework to learn all about the type and characteristics of this truck prior to buying, but I certainly am pleased with the truck and would buy from Vitale Motors again. Terrible experience trying to make a purchase. No communication, had to hound THEM! Don't waste your time here and don't listen to their response they spent no time on anything, I guarantee it.

Worked with Scott on a 2017 Cadillac Xt5. He was patient with me as it took several days before I could actually come into the show room. The staff (including Scott) were very friendly and extremely helpful. During my test drive, Scott even sprung for a slice of pizza (THANK U). Unfortunately because of the time of day that I originally arrived to the show room, I was unable to purchase the car on the same day however we made another appointment for a few days later. Again it was a very pleasant experience. I had the pleasure of not only working again with Scott, but also with Tia (Finance). After signing my life away, I drove off in my new car. If you’re looking for an old school experience of real customer service and someone really caring to slow down, build relationships and actually do business, look up this dealership.
