Don’t waste your money here. First time there. Drive 20 minutes to do takeaway. Chicken broth thin/watery but lemony. One star for lemongrass flavor. Basil was spoiled, black at edges and just one bud of it. Chicken was so tough we couldn’t chew it and OMG-the calamari in the soup was like hard rubber. My daughter gave it to the dog. The $8 calamari appetizer was 3 little skewers with tentacle pieces that were tough AF & tasteless.nnI can’t believe we paid $35 hard earned dollars for food that went to the dog. She had to work almost 3 hours for that money. NEVER AGAIN.

My favorite local restaurant! I live just down the street from Pho 1 Brighton and it is my number one pick for takeout. My favorites are the Indonesian Fried Rice, Steamed Shrimp Shumai, Pad See You, Rad Na, and they have wonderful Pho and classic Pad Thai. I always get a Thai Iced Tea. The seafood and vegetables are always fresh. I also love eating there with friends, the restaurant plays awesome music, is clean and comfortable, and food is ready lighting fast. Possibly the only thing I like better than the food is the staff-- so lovely to see them every time, they are so kind and wonderful to be around.

Pho was ok, nothing special...kinda tasted just like dirty water instead of yummy flavorful pho. The ingredients looks fresh though and portions were great.
