I'm sorry to write a bad review, but our experience was not good.nThe kids wanted pizza for lunch and were hoping to sit at the restaurant. Many other restaurants have reopened with outdoor seating months ago, but Frank Pepe is still only doing takeout.nAlthough there was no seating and personal service, the prices were still very high as if you're getting the full service (which may be par for the course in that fancy, overpriced mall).nnThe reception guy was busy taking orders on the phone and walk-in, and dispensing takeout. He tried his best but forgot to give us the drink we ordered (the kids wanted to try that Italian gassosa).nnThe menu showed separate categories for pizza and pie. When we opened the boxes at home we found that the veggie pie we ordered was really just a flat pizza :-/ we felt disappointed and mislead. Why have different categories for pizza and pie in the menu when it's all just pizza?nnThe pizzas were thin and greasy, the crust was burned hard and almost inedible. Not what we expected when paying around $24 for a medium pizza.nnMediocre experience and pretty bad value overall :-/

The food is always fresh and yummy, staff members provides fantastic customer service. I loved the cleanliness and atmosphere. I highly recommend this place.

Long lines and waits. I was super excited to try this pizza after hearing it was the best in New England. But I was disappointed when I got the pizza. It was bland with very few toppings for a basic pie. It felt and tasted like I was just eating burned dough.
