I am a returning customer. This is my 3rd lease and also a member of my family got a lease here this year. I return again and again because you can't beat the deals and the service. I got my new CHR, and I'm very happy with it. Samantha the saleswoman went out of her way to get me everything I requested, down to the price and color. I explained everything I wanted over the phone, and they delivered. The deal was literally made over the phone. It was by far the easiest car buying experience I have ever had. Samantha is amazing and you should definitely ask for her when you go. She is off on Wednesdays. At least at the time of this review. The service department is incredible, and you get two years of free oil changes and car inspection checks. Thanks again for your great service Sam!

Normally, I have no issues with Dayton Toyota but I was very disappointed with my last visit.nnI came in because I was having issues starting my car. They said that the battery was only dirty and charged me for cleaning it ( about $20).nnThe next time I tried to drive my car, the issue was still happening.nMy father knew almost immediately it was because the battery was very close to dying and advised me to get a new one.nnI do not know a lot about cars and I rely on the service team at Dayton Toyota to make my car safe and in tip-top shape. I was very disappointed to hear they had missed something so obvious.nnNow I'm going to a different shop to get the battery changed, along with some other services that I will do with them instead of Dayton.nn***Update***nnGot a call from the service manager Tom and he was apologetic and honest about what happened. The battery was recommended to be replaced, but somehow there was a loss in communication on this and the error was made to only clean the battery.nnThis was a mistake but I appreciate that Tom was professional over the phone. It was not a lot of money spent on the battery cleaning, but they said they would send a $25 gift card for the trouble. I appreciate that Dayton Toyota responds to critical reviews and takes the time to amend issues and do better.

Another great car buying experience today. Fair price, great service. Justin took great care of me. In and out in record time. I'll never go anywhere else. Thanks Dayton Toyota!

a. I have given my car for diagnosis test, it was being said i can collect todaynnMy question is, atleast you guys would have informed me when I called you saying just one line, it’s not ready. None from team updatednnI did go and checked in person, it is not completed. I had to change my plans because of this miscommunication.nnb. Other instance, I have asked for drop off shuttle during morning and afternoon times, it’s not available. I am not sure , if we need to book appointment for that too.nnI am waiting for Tom’s reply, he is manager. Hoping he will address this miscommunication and provides some help.nnPlease ask me details if you want further details like Phone number , email or car make. The entire Dayton Toyota staff was extremely patient and accomodating throughout my entire car buying experience. Dave and Brian answered all of my questions happily, provided me with loads of information and options, and did not make me feel pressured. They were very concerned with making sure I had the best experience possible, and I sure did. They knew everything possible about the cars I was interested in, and went over every financial detail so I could understand everything clearly. I highly recommend going to this dealership for your car needs.
