Romy Yoga

Every teacher at rom Yoga is wonderful and Romy is wonderful plus plus! I've gained strength and flexibility and received inspiration both physical and spiritual.

Romy is WONDERFULLLL!!!!!. I've never taken a yoga class before so I was apprehensive to join one. I googled and tried out a few yoga studios in the area and was unsatisfied with them. Shortly after, I stumbled on Romy's website and decided to give her a try. After taking just one class, I was excited and purchased a month pass that same day.nnWhat I like the most about Romy's class is that she has a very clear and clean aura. She is true to form and makes sure that you are too. She doesn't read from books and makes you feel welcomed. No matter how awkward you may feel or be Romy will serve as a healing guide.nnI'm a true believer that one must truly practice what they preach in order to be effective in anything they put their passion towards doing. The kinds of yoga courses offered here range from Kundalini to Vinyasa. All involve a love for the self, the body, the earth, centering and breathing. If you do this properly you will be able to ground yourself through all emotions, time, and space. Romy takes this passion to another level because she embodies what she teaches and therefore, practices what she (teaches) preaches.
