I recently leased an ES from Haldeman Lexus. I was in a current lease agreement for an IS, the Sales team was extremely flexible and helped me get into a new car. Michelle Sabine, was my sales rep, she was amazing to work with. She listened to my questions and answered them clearly and concisely. I highly recommend working with Michelle and Haldeman Lexus for a top notch experience.

Every time I take my car to this dealership for oil change and other services they have me waiting over 2+ hours when I be having other things to do. They lie and say they don’t have loaners but as soon as they want more money out of you to do work on your car they quick to want to give you a loaner then. Covid is still around and they expect for you to sit in they’re small waiting area with a bunch of people not even practicing social distancing. I will be finding another Lexus dealership for services because this location has terrible service.

We recently came here to get a few things repaired. One of the issues we wanted examined was a tire that was leaking air. After getting our car back we noticed that the issue was NEVER resolved as the tire was EXACTLY the same. They couldn’t be bothered to look at the tire, but still charged us. We called about the issue and were told to return. When we returned we were charged AGAIN. To add to our frustration, we left behind a small item in the rental. When we called to inquire about this item the next day- they couldn’t seem to figure out which rental we had. Really?! Never received a call back from management or sales to dispute the charge or the location of the missing item. What if it had been a credit card or a diamond ring?nnDo better.

This is for the service department. Jean and Chuck provided excellent customer service. There was an issue, at no fault of their own or Lexus, but they still took care of it and accommodated me. I'll be going back for sure!

I originally went to a different Lexus, and when I called this dealership, Jay Pandey was more than helpful. He was so much help, that he won my business and he was outstanding to work with. He helped guide me through the process and never once did it feel like he was pressuring me. He went above and beyond. i hope to continue to give this Lexus my business in the future and highly recommended to friends and family.
