I brought my car today. Was a great experience, they made things very simple and clear. I got there at 4 pm and was out by 530pm this includes my test drive.nA sales person name kelvin helped me. So definitely go see him.nI would definitely recommend this dealer to my friends & family and give them more business in the the near future.

I am a professional contractor and use my truck daily for work. I don’t have a schedule that allows me to just drop my vehicle off for days for work to be completed. I had dropped my truck off previously here and knew they rarely finish in a day so l scheduled work during my once a year vacation when I received a notice that l need recalls completed. I made my appointment a week in advance and they were aware of the problem. I dropped my truck off and added several additional services(3) to be completed as well. I was told it should be done the following day. After 2 days without a call l called and was told my truck was not done Because the part that they ordered in the recall came broken. I said ok and it was coming Wednesday and would be done. I dropped my truck off Monday. When I went to pick my truck up Thursday four days after dropping it off I get to the register look at my receipt and 2 of the 3 additional services I asked for were not completed as well as a inaccurate mileage on my receipt. They were off by 45,000 miles. This matters when you have a warranty. After leaving I called to talk to a manager and no one was available for me to talk to. I was told I would receive a call from the service tech that had worked on my truck and it is now been a week and I have heard nothing. I received a text today asking me about my service and asked me to call with any questions. When I called again to speak with someone about this I was put on hold and dumped to a mailbox that was full. I called back three times the service department as well as the operator The phone was hung up on me several times. I rarely right reviews about a business being that I run my own but the service here is terrible. I feel that this is the only option. I will not be using route one for any of my service anymore and don’t recommend them.

Just got a Jeep Wrangler at the dealership and Daniel Colon which was the sale guy did an amazing job with helping me on finding what I was looking for. I came to the dealership to get an oil change and end up with a wranglerud83dude0a. When I tell you I was so happy that I got the wrangler that I wanted and Daniel help me a lot and for that anyone that’s reading this when you go to there just ask for Daniel Colon he’s really helpful. Mike S was super helpful and worked with us until we found the right truck and the right deal. We must have test drove 4 different trucks! He was attentive, knowledgeable and kept it real! Mike and the staff worked to ensure the whole process was smooth and as quick as possible. We drove home in a new Ram 2500 diesel truck, it's a beast! Thanks again Mike!

After going to a few other places to try to get Mom’s car fixed we finally ended up at this dealership. We were frustrated and did not expect much after dealing with people at previous places who did not know what they were talking about and were just trying to overcharge us for things we did not need.. We were so pleasantly surprised and cannot say enough good things after our experience here! We worked with a guy named Nick who was beyond helpful and knowledgeable! He was quick and to the point which was much appreciated after our previous struggles. He walked us through every step and we left feeling comfortable and confident. HIGHLY recommend.
