As always Jay gave us 5 star professional service. Soon after we arrived, our salesman Bruce walked by and said hello. He knew we were getting serviced so he planned to say hello. Having been at other dealerships, I can say with full confidence that Coleman is a top rated dealership offering personal, courteous and efficient service! Highly recommend!

Martin, Ed, and the Finance Director (I apologize I forgot his name) were beyond superb. They were very patient and not pushy. It was a very straight forward sale without all of the in between rebuttals you would normally experience. I purchased my Denali last Monday and about 5 days after having it there was a heating issue. As soon as I called and spoke to Martin he handled my issue with priority and had the issue taken care of the same day. Come to find out it was only a wasp nest stuck somewhere under the hood and the coolant container had a minor crack it was all taken care of at no cost and there was absolutely no confusion across the board. Coleman is definitely a true definition of the word “ Team” at its finest and all members of that team exceeded my personal expectations. I highly recommend Coleman GMC.

My salesman was Tom B and the whole team at Coleman Buick GMC was friendly, easy to deal with and one of the best car buying and leasing experiences that I have ever had. From picking the vehicle to the financing paperwork. All was done with ease and stress free. Highly recommend this dealership.

It took 2 hours for an oil change.!!!! I had to search to see when it was finished. Finally the car was parked outside so I went to service desk to retrieve my keys. Service advisor was busy and said they would email receipt. A day later and that is still not in my email, which I suspected would be the case. This was my first and definitely the last trip to this place. I'll enjoy the ride to Pine Belt caddilac for service from now on.

Everyone was super kind, genuine and great to work with. We had personal attention from owner Drew Coleman, and Jena was calm, kind, and we felt that she was interested in helping us with whatever possible. She was a great sales person -- attentive, not pushy, and thorough. We came to Coleman in a difficult situation with a car that was totaled and insurance not willing to cover the claim. They helped us find the best solution in our difficult financial and carless state.
