Always 5 star service at Volvo Bridgewater for me. I wouldn't buy, lease or take my car anywhere else. I just trust them and they are so accommodating. Great facility as well with awesome coffee! Busy dealership so I understand that it took a few repeated efforts to get some info/documents I needed. Once I got there to pick up the vehicle, it was a very smooth and pleasant process. The used vehicle was in great shape too!
Thia is not the closest Volvo dealership but it is worth driving a little further because of the consistent service I receive. The service head, James Cole is fabulous and so are the rest of the staff in that department. I trust them, clearly with my life since they make sure when I leave my car is in great shape. Never go anyplace else.
Claire set the tone for the super experience I had with everyone at Volvo of Princeton. She was positive, helpful, always followed up with my never ending questions and thorough as could be. Jose in finance did a good job explaining paperwork and answering questions. Even talked to the owners in order to get a question answered who were incredibly helpful. I'd recommend buying from them in a heartbeat (and I did it during Covid, and still they made me feel comfortable and confident about my purchase). Couldn't ask for more!
I came to Volvo of Princeton after seeing the exact care I wanted at another Volvo dealer and they sold it. It was my lucky day when they did because had they not, I wouldn't have met Claire. She was friendly, low key, knowledgeable, up front and patient. I never felt pressured throughout the entire experience. I would recommend Claire and this dealership to anyone....especially if you're like me and cringe at the thought of getting a new car. Claire is the best!
