Amazing team! They go above and beyond to ensure things are easy and comfortable. I recently had to get minor body work done and the service department- WOW!!! - again such an amazing team! They went above all expectations and ensured I had a way to get around while my car was serviced and ensured the job was done quickly and efficiently! I have been more than happy with each and every person I’ve had the pleasure of encountering here and highly recommend them to everyone I know that is in the market for an Acura!!

I have been a customer of Precision Acura since 2014. They have always given me excellent customer service and taken care of every issue that I brought to them. Brian and Mike in Service handled a major issue that I had with my car in such a professional and extraordinary manner. They made me feel confident every step of the way that they would get the situation taken care of and kept me constantly updated of the status of everything. I am totally appreciative of everything that Brian and Mike did to rectify my issue and treat me with the utmost concern and commitment. I have worked with Brian since I had my first Acura and his customer service is A++.

Absolutely best dealership I have ever visited. The service and prices can't be compared to any other dealership I visited in NJ and NY. No hidden fees, no nonsense. Great leadership and management and amazing price on top. Dealers in NY couldn't believe me when I told them the sales price of the vehicle. I'll be back for sure!

First time my 2012 TL went down since I’ve owned it (about 6 months). Broken down on the side of the road and look for the closest dealership, I explained my situation to the lady on the phone she not only set me up with a loaner car but had it pulled up before I had even gotten there. I leave the car with them (3-4PM, so obviously wasn’t happening then) the next morning they call yo tell me they already confirmed my concern then told me they called my warranty and they accepted the claim! Within 2 hours the car was back to me! By far one of the best experiences I’ve ever had, plus to top it off they even cleaned the car while it was there! Will be back and recommend highly!!!!
