Artie's Locksmith NYC

Installed our lock incorrectly the first time, causing the lock to jam and locking us out for 4.5 hours. When someone finally came to fix the mistake, they were hours past their time slot. When I called to see where the locksmith was, they said that he had arrived, but then it was another 40 minuets until he actually got here. The actual locksmith that came was nice and helpful, but the company as a whole is very frustrating to deal with.

My main lock to my front door needed to be fixed promptly due to it falling off completely. Artie's Locksmith sent someone skilled and professional out to replace the lock. No additional damages were caused and the price discussed over the phone was honored.

Doug came by right on time on a Friday night. He was efficient and courteous. Definitely recommend!

Got locked out of my apartment and I was freaking out. Called these guys and they were super helpful. Got to my place in 20 minutes and finished the job in about 20 minutes also. Ben was super friendly and gave me a reasonable price. Definitely calling them if I ever have any other problems

Kept me waiting out side for over an hour. Then I was overcharged for service which I could of gotten for less than half. He just changed the cylinder and couldn’t even find the screws. So unprofessional! I’m sure he doesn’t even carry locksmith license! Do not recommend at all !
