Monroe Street Movement Space

I've grown up with Dena and Luke at Monroe Street Movement Space since as early as I can remember. I first attended the camp when I was 2 and had the best time. Even though I was so young I can still remember so much of my time spending summers there. I joined the dance company when I was 5 and met people I'm still great friends with today including my best friend. The shows were something I looked forward to every year and they started my love for performing. They were an event that my family from Arizona would fly out to see and I loved to show off the dances I learned in front of them. Dena and Luke treat everyone like their own kids and the camp and the dance companies each became a family. I have so many memories dancing, hanging out before a class, and having so many inside jokes with all of my friends during our breaks. I would be a different person without Monroe Street Movement Space and I am so grateful for the experiences I was given. I 1000000/10 recommend sending your child here and I know it will change their lives as much as it has changed mine.

Monroe Movement Center is an outstanding venue for a birthday party. We had a joint 3 and 5 year old birthday party there and the space is extremely big and comfortable for both children and adults. You choose your theme and provide the decorations and Dina's staff will decorate and coordinate all activities. The children were kept moving for the full 90 minutes and I was able to enjoy the day with our guests. They allow a pull pinata which was enjoyed by all. They are extremely flexible and accommodating. We couldn't have asked for a better day.

Miss Dena is amazing! She brought out a joyful dancer in my daughter! We are so lucky in Hoboken to have Monroe Movement.

Have had my children in classes and for birthday party’s. The place has always been fun.

We had my daughters first birthday here! It was ANAZING! They helped in set up/ tear down/ even throughout the whole thing. They went above and beyond even telling us we were running out of juice! It was AWSOME. A great space for parties where u may have crawlers.
