Powerflow Yoga

One of my favorite Hot yoga places in Hoboken!! The instructors and the staff are very kind to first-timers. The eucalyptus towel at the end of each session makes the experience infinitely better. If you’re looking to be committed to hot yoga, definitely get a membership here.

Amazing studio! Seriously, not enough good things to say. Great music, calm atmosphere, friendly staff, and knowledgeable instructors. My only ask from the studio are a few 7am classes, so I have the opportunity to go more days during the week! Highly recommend.

Small, naturally lit, mirrorless studio. Friendly, helpful staff! The hot yoga class itself is perfectly heated: warm enough to get your muscles relaxed into deeper stretches without being overbearing. I love the light aromatherapy that's incorporated. The power hour moves a bit too fast for a newbie like me who's unfamiliar with the sequence, but I still enjoyed it!

I love this space and the community that it welcomes! I’ve been practicing with Powerflow for over 10 years (started in Chatham, now I teach in Hoboken and Jersey City). The quality of the teachers is top notch, I find that I always compare yoga classes to the Powerflow standard.nnThe Hoboken studio is small, with one practice room, two bathrooms, one shower and two changing spaces. There are plenty of cubbies to put your belongings in. The karma yogis are generally super friendly and helpful. The studio manager is attentive and quick to fix any issues and update the space. The studio sells clothing and accessory items and often puts items on sale. The practice room can get crowded so arrive 10 min early to pick prime real estate for your mat. Cool eucalyptus towels at the end of class are delightful.

Great studio! Friendly staff and clean space - very welcoming for everyone just beginning yoga (such a myself!). I highly recommend to those looking to join a hot yoga studio!
