Let me start by saying I love love love this brand and the Model 3. However, it was such a bummer when I had to set up an appointment 3 different times. The first one was Christmas Day so I was surprised they were open or at least I thought they were. I got there after a 50 min train ride to learn they were closed. The second time I got all they way down there on January 1st (my birthday) to see a sign on the door that said closed for the day. Turns out that the third time really is a charm. I finally got to test drive the model 3 and it was everything I would hoped it to be. Such a great car. The ride quality. The suppleness of the seats. The acceleration from the instant torque. The autopilot. Hopefully I’ll be able to get the Model 3 Performance soon. Fingers crossed. Hi Elon!

Very knowledgeable and friendly staff. It's awesome you can test drive the car for 25 minutes by yourself. They give you the best routes to venture if you want.

I came down to the dealership and, even though the website said it was open, it was locked up and a hand lettered sign on the door said that it was temporarily closed for the day. A trip was wasted.nnOn the other hand, on a different occasion I made an appointment and came down for a test drive and everything worked smoothly.nnTake your chances. Wonderful cars, but customer service is not Tesla's strong point.
