Great, quick service. Explained what caused the issue, and how I could avoid it in the future - which I appreciated!
FB Electrical Services have done a job that no one else was able tondo. In my bedroom I have unfinished wood paneling attached directly tonthe rafters without strapping in between, which makes snaking wirenimpossible. I’ve had probably 6-8 estimates done but everyone told menthat I have to remove some of the ceiling which is both costly and canncause damage to the panels. Gene came in and told me that they couldndo the job without removal of the panels. His people were courteousnand respectful to my house by wearing shoe covers while working in thenhouse and cleaning up when the job was done. His companys’ncraftsmanship is unparalleled.
FB Electrical won our video surveilance system RFP sent to 3 bidders. Quality of installation exceeded expectations. Brief but effective onsite training was provided when complete. The only problem was scheduling, partly due to their automated appointment notification system. We'd definitely use them again: Great Value!
Huge shout out to FB electrical services. They just came to install 9 nest alarms. Estimated time was 4-6 hours and they were done in two. Very courteous, even tried to be as quiet as possible while baby is sleeping. We had an extra little electrical matter we asked them to attend to and they did it efficiently without trying to gouge us for more money. Very clear and prompt communication re: rescheduling (due to snow storm) and when they will be arriving. Very happy with their service. High highly recommend.
Excellent service. We had a small job, scheduling was easy, service tech was prompt and courteous, and didn't try to make it into a bigger job.
