Phone’s finally being picked up in pharmacy. Wife and I’s experience there much better last couple months. Flu shot was a breeze!

In a long life this is the worst run business I've ever dealt with. I've been filling the exact same prescription using the exact same insurance in this pharmacy for more than 5 years, and nonetheless they manage to screw it up *every single time*--I mean, every time, no exceptions. They do not answer their phone obviously as a matter of policy, not only because of chronic understaffing. They advertise free delivery but it is obviously not possible, again by design, to get delivery. They always, always, forget to apply my insurance and make me wait *every single time* I fill my prescriptions (2 of them, both very common medications) while they sort out the paperwork. The staff are rude and do not know their business. I continue to go here ONLY because it's required by my drug insurer, Caremark, under my employer's policy. If CVS didn't have massive contracts with big insurance companies they couldn't possibly stay in business with this level of ongoing incompetence and dishonesty. Such systemic malpractice is all about growing profits by slashing standards of service.

They never answer the phone. And the website often says call for information. On holidays it even says to call for pharmacy hours.

50 minutes on hold to get hung up on. What happened? I used to trust these guys.nnIf I go through an automated system to request a refill, get a confirmation that I will have my script at 3:00pm, then call back at 3:15 to have the system say “sorry that hasn’t been requested yet,” I feel like CVS could not give a rats behind about my current medical needs. Pull your Stuff together, y’all. This is unacceptable. (Typically try not to complain on reviews but this has been corroborated by experiences of others close to me as well as witnessing patrons try and fail to get the service they need.)
