As a self-taught mechanic, I'd always had the instinct to stay far away from dealerships. They have a reputation of being overpriced and too eager to upsell parts and unneeded services. I was delighted to be proven wrong. Borman, specifically my service advisor Jason, provided unsurpassed customer service. Literally the best I've seen from any industry. Knowledgeable, excellent communication, and a sense that he takes pride in his position and cares about customers as much as they care about their vehicles. The lobby was well lit and clean, with complimentary refreshments. There was even a company shuttle that offered to take me anywhere I wanted to go. I got a very fair quote for the work completed, and they were done in half the time they expected. Overall, the experience was not just satisfactory, but actually enjoyable. Been recommending Borman to friends/colleagues ever since, although they don't seem to believe that I had a good time at a dealership.

We had a wonderful experience purchasing a new car with Shane today. He provided excellent incentives, was courteous and efficient, and helped us get an amazing deal on our new car! We are absolutely coming back to Borman for our auto needs from now on.
