Just wanted to let Nate at Tri State Lock & Safe CO. know the service I received on Tuesday 12-22-2020 was excellent ! The locksmiths Jason and Cam installed the deadbolt lock I requested in under thirty minutes. They also made extra copies of the keys for me in their truck, saving me a trip to the hardware store. Your workers were professional, knew their job and cleaned up in no time . No small feat considering the door was old, had a skeleton key lock and new lock had to be drilled out and installed from scratch. I will recommend your company to family, friends and business associates. Estimate was also spot on, no surprises ! Also a thank you to Nate for calling and letting me know that Jason and Cam would be delayed due to an emergency call. I'm very pleased with Tri State. I appreciated how responsive they were, and the staff is very professional - polite and easy to work with - and seem to be a good team. One of my doors was particularly problematic, and the installer needed to call in some help. Their colleague responded quickly to help get the job done. I would definitely use them again. Highly recommended!

I locked my only car key in my car for the first time in many years. I don’t have AAA so I didn’t know who to call. I started googling a locksmith and found these guys which had the most reviews. I scheduled it for next day through their site because I was in no rush at all. Jason called me the same day I scheduled and said he can stop by later. He was able to unlock my car very quickly! I highly recommend these guys! Jason was friendly and professional.
