Super affordable parts and they mean it ud83dude02 the guys in the office are some clowns lol had a great laugh while I was there. they literally make you feel comfortable and not only that this place has all selections of vehicles you’re looking for all makes and models you name it!! Will be doing future business with these guys for sure

No idea how they got so many 5 star reviews. I had a horrible experience with them. I searched all over for a transmission for my vehicle. they had one for a real low price. I guess what I paid for. They first shipped me the wrong transmission. Owned up to them, but of course would not send me the correct transmission without sending them a second payment. I understand money is tight for everyone during this time but they should right a wrong. So I sent them a second payment, mind you I was the one that set up the shipping because I lived close to 3 hours away. Once the second transmission arrived and my mechanic ready to do the swap, they saw that the transmission had been stripped of internals. All the necessary components needed to use the transmission was stripped out. I obviously did not want to even talk to John's anymore.nAny future potential customer should do this, definitely pay them via Paypal. I did, and filed claims for both payments and Paypal sided with me. Of course I'm out the 2 shipping fees so I doubt John's will reimburse me for that. Real horrible way to run a business. If they are going to list something, at least disclose it if its actual parts and not an entire unit. If Google allowed me to rate this place lower than 1 star, I would.

Bought a transmission from rick here at Johns auto salvage and these guys are great. Great customer service and showed me exactly what I was looking for, definitely would recommend going here for anything you need. Have multiple cars and will help you take out whatever part you are looking for, for a good price.
