The location of this Wendy's is kind of difficult to get in and out of due to traffic, but the food is good and the service seems pretty solid.

The food is well prepared. The employees are friendly and efficient. They are the ONLY fast & take out service business in the city of Concord that has a GRILLED chicken sandwich!!!

Normally this place is fine. Tonight, they decided that Saturday night rush was a good time to train a new person on the drive thru who was completely incompetent. We waited probably 15 minutes with only 3 cars in front of us, and then when we finally got to the window the trainee asked us to repeat our order 3 times because she forgot what it was and to enter it. She was not the person who took our order so I'm not sure why she was even involved. We left without receiving our food. Will give them another chance soon but this was very disappointing and not up to their usual standards.
