Used to love this place!! Now..... it's not only the most disgusting looking I've ever seen inside a restaurant look but it wasn't even close to as good. I got so many pictures that would possibly get them shut down! I have never taken pictures of a business before but this was like health hazard worthy!! Not to mention we were standing there wanting to order and couldn't. Had to order over the Chipotle app while A TON of people were right there! Then waited like 40 mins for 2 burritos!!!!
I’ve eaten at this restaurant on several occasions over the past couple of years with success. However, today was the first time I have utilize their online ordering process. I cannot express how disappointed I am in the entire experience. I guess I could live in with the clunky app, But what I can’t live with this horrible food. The portions were not what they typically are. The rice was undercooked. Ingredients were missing from our order—part of our order where is simply entirely wrong. Unfortunately, I did not read the ratings before I ordered online. There seems to be a theme. I will avoid this process in the future and Possibly this location.
If I could give this location a lower rating I would. Since their opening I have had various issues with the food & service here. Other locations are GREAT but the Concord location has been struggling to even compare. The final straw here was my experience yesterday. I placed my order through the mobile app for a VEGGIE burrito. Upon my arrival at the noted pick up time I had to wait for them to fill my order & they weren’t even busy. When I finally received my order labeled as a veggie burrito I opened it up to eat in the car & to my utter disbelief I bit into CHICKEN. They also managed to forget to put hot salsa in the burrito. I’m disappointed that once again I wasted money on a product I was unable to eat.
Food's great, but you seriously have to go in and order in person when it comes to this one. I've ordered online and through doordash maybe like 10 times, and they've messed up my order 4/10 of those times, which is pretty unacceptable. If you go in person, it's a legitimate horror show at their counter. Orders are just stacked all over the place. I don't really blame the employees or anything, but it's pretty clear that they're not currently equipped to handle the volume of online orders they get .nn*Edit: lowered to 1 star because they just screwed up my order again, giving a chicken bowl with no vegetables to my vegetarian mother. My order was filled with junk that I didn't ask for and was missing meat.
My husband & I ordered atleast q0 times since Covid hit last year.nWe've never complained but we are done.nWe ordered 5 orders of Chipotle Bowl Earlier Tonight.nParents in Law are in Town.nAll of our orders was Wrong! All 5 of em. Not just one or two!!nI have to say something and hopefully the manager sees this review!!!nEmployees should pay attention to the Orders.
