The component here was great communication between the consumer and the members of the team. Due to the holidays there was some delay in obtaining the parts to complete the repair but regardless I was contacted on a regular basis to give me the status of my vehicle. When the car was completed I wanted it back but needed to do that during off hours but that was not a problem. I had my truck back that night. The service was exceptional and I would definitely return to Key Collision if I needed any type of service to my vehicle.
I have had to use Key Collision twice over the last 18 months because of two minor accidents, (neither my fault!), resulting in moderate damage to my vehicle. The work they performed, both times, was perfect. A highly professional environment with a fantastic staff really takes the sting out of vehicle body damage. I can't imagine it gets any better than this. I certainly will never use anyone else, but, let's hope I won't need anyone for quite some time!
I would highly recommend Key Collison of Concord to anyone. Getting into an accident with your car is never a good experience but with Keys help getting my car back on the road looking brand-new again was so easy and hassle free. These people were, in a word, awesome. The bodywork was perfectly done, and the car ready when they said it would be. I was called frequently to keep me apprised of where they were in the process, and I would not hesitate to refer anyone there. They made a difficult situation (someone smashed into my Subaru..) stress free. I wish more businesses ran like this!
