I needed 4 new tires & an alignment, bad! I price shopped & found a $200 difference here @ VIP for the same quality tires I would have received somewhere else.nnI was so impressed with the guys there, who did everything they could to get me in and out.nnLogan & Zach were knowledgeable, informative & efficient! Friendly service & great prices will have me returning to VIP for any further mechanical needs! 5/5!

just nownFor our fellow military comrades: VIP Tires & Service located at 162 Manchester Street in Concord offers FREE vehicle inspections to military members. Active duty, retired and veterans for as many vehicles in the military members name. Very appreciative of this offer. We had excellent service, and Zachary and Logan provided exceptional customer service as well as staff from O’Reilly Auto Parts located at this same address. They are full service, offer tires, oil changes, brake services and so much more. They also have a loyalty rewards program too. We are definitely new customers now! Love the friendly staff! Highly recommend!

So happy I found this place. My battery and alternator were gone and no other auto repair shops were open as it was a Sunday. The manager, Logan, and the mechanic, Zach, made me feel comfortable immediately and fixed my Suburban up in no time. They were incredibly professional and trustworthy. So happy I found a new place to bring my vehicle!

I, and many family members, have dealt with the Concord NH VIP for nearly 30 years. Service is always excellent as are prices. More importantly, the staff is knowledgeable and friendly and goes out of their way to be helpful.nCase in point, I knew I would need tires for my inspection, so I made an appointment. The dealership rejected me = brake issue. I took their quote to Logan and he bettered the dealership price by $140! (By the way the dealership didn't even have the part in stock - Logan obtained it from another dealer the next day).nAlso, Logan and one of this colleagues took the time to go over tire options with me, show me various tires, and helped me select tires appropriate to my vehicle and driving needs . I am very pleased with the way my new tires ride, handle, and are quiet.
