Loved shopping with Victor at Wellesley Toyota. He was nice without being pushy and gave us a great deal on our new Highlander. Will definitely return in the future. We had assumed that shopping for a new car would be much more difficult. Also, the whole experience felt pretty COVID-safe: everything was cleaned for us, everyone wore masks, and it never felt crowded.
I recently purchased a RAV4 and absolutely love it. Victor Olivares was an incredibly helpful sales person. He went above and beyond expectations to accommodate me. He is very personable, and knowledgeable. (I recommend going to him, if you’re looking for great assistance in purchasing a new vehicle.) This was by far the best car shopping experience I’ve had. Best car-buying experience I’ve ever had. We went through the Costco Auto Program. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive, and got us the car we wanted. Victor was our sales consultant. I would go back here again.
