This is my 2nd time purchasing a vehicle at Muzi Motors and I have to say my experience this time was beyond great! Had to bring in my Ford Explorer after issue with the A/C was not resolved after first attempt to address it a few months earlier it. After re-diagnosis and waiting a few weeks for back ordered parts to arrive, scheduling and service repair went extremely smoothly and efficiently. Repair was done within a few hours. As always, great, friendly and efficient customer service!
I have always used Muzi ford to service my car. Recently I had a repair done and I’m very happy with not only the quality of the work but also the customer service. Sandy was able to help me get an appointment quickly. And Joy always kept me informed about the progress of the repair and clearly answered any questions I had. I will definitely use them again in the future if the need arises.
The salesman, Bobby Nuvoli, went the extra mile to acquire from another dealer the exact Ford Edge Titanium, Burgundy Velvet with 301A and Titanium Elite packages, I wanted. He is very personable, professional and pleasant to work with. Both Bobby and Scott, the Muzi finance manager, made the car leasing experience a positive one. This is my second Edge Titanium from Muzi; they are my preferred Ford dealership in the Boston area.
Service was fast, inexpensive and done right the first time. I had the works package (oil change, tire rotation and safety/levels check). I particularly liked the free upgrade to fully synthetic oil.
