I LOVED my experience with this shop! I called and spoke with someone who was really incredibly nice, and she made some suggestions for me. Ordering online was a breeze, and I was able to pick up same day with no issues. The advice I received on sizing was perfect, my 1st choice that was put aside for me fit so perfectly I didn't even bother trying on the other choices! Somehow I ended up getting double charged for my order, but Eric emailed me within an hour of picking up my skates to let me know he took care of the double charge. Spectacular service, I know where I am going for all of my skating needs from now on!! Highly, HIGHLY recommend Bruised Boutique for any and all skating needs you may have!

They truly do care about each and every customer, and are always willing to answer questions and offer insight about the products they sell. I was extremely impressed by their service and products. The products are also sold at a reasonable price and are very quality. Great website with up to date covid information. Helpful customer service over the phone - talked to multiple people who made me feel heard, understood, and didn't rush me even though they are short staffed and slammed with holiday orders. Gave me suggestions that saved me money AND completed my order for a really in-demand product months faster than I was expecting. All during a pandemic. Amazing!

I just placed a skate order online, and called the shop to make sure they had it in stock. I can’t remember who I spoke with, but she was so kind and helpful! She let me know that they did have it in stock, and would more than likely ship out within a week. I live all the way in a Southwest border town, but will definitely be placing my future skate purchases from here!

I was able to snag some skates that are very hard to get right now. Excellent customer service. Shipped in a timely manner. My favorite skate shop for sure!
