I was in the area looking at a used 2011 Mazda 3 on 2/6/21 and called these guys the day before to see if they could check it over. They charged me $50 for the inspection and I'm so glad I called on them after seeing their Google reviews. The car had many issues with it and they took me under the lift to point them all out and prepared a condition report for me to bring back to the seller. They were thorough and explained everything to me and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anybody! A+ experience.
In terms of service, these folks definitely do show you what's going on with your vehicle and describe it well enough for the layperson to make informed decisions.nnWhen it comes to adhering to general COVID protocols, however, I would not recommend going. Multiple workers without masks including at the front desk. There is a plastic separation, however they are not always behind it. The tipping point for me on this issue was that, in the hour I was waiting for my service to be completed, I saw not just one but three different customers enter with no mask on. There was no comment on this at all, despite a clear note on the door that says NO MASK, NO SERVICE.nnEither take the sign down or respect the virus; you can't do both.
The owner Mike is super sweet. Fair, honest and makes sure you're happy with everything. I felt confident as a woman going here myself and not afraid of being price gauged. Saved a lot of money from what the dealership quoted me for the same repair.
Loved the service!!! Mike used to run the Midas on DW Highway I always got great service with all my cars from him! That's my new car spot!!
They do good work here, helped me out with a pre purchase inspection on my used Subaru and I'll go back to them for future needs.
