DAMAGED MY CAR, TOLD TO GET ANOTHER MECHANIC TO PROVE IT!nI had this shop work on my bumpers, and they seemed to do a decent job. However when I went to pick up the car, I had to get someone to jump me since they left me with a dead battery. Then on the drive home, the car kept spamming the unlock button randomly, and the lock button no longer worked. When I took the car in for them to fix this issue they caused, they said I would need to get another mechanic to prove it was their fault.
WON'T FIX DAMAGE THEY CAUSED!nI took my car in for a bumper repair, and the work they did seems ok. I picked up the car after hours, and they left me with a dead battery. Then, after jumping the car the locks start spazzing out. The lock button no longer works, and the car randomly spams the unlock button when driving. They claim they didn't do it, and I would need to get another person to prove it was their fault, so now I'm stuck with an unsecured car.

He is argumentative and defensive. He does not like to agree on the scope of the work in advance. This can lead to misunderstandings. Always communicate and agree on the work. Dave does not want to listen to you.
