If you are looking for a win-win partnership with a vendor, this is not the company. This spring we will be ending our 25+ year relationship with Unifirst, because somewhere along the line they slipped in a 5 year, self-renewing and self-increasing contract. When I brought this to their attention 4 years ago, I expressed the desire to eliminate the contract, but continue the relationship. The declined. So they won the last 4 years, but now we are done. I hope it was worth it. There are plenty of vendors willing to do business on a 30 day out.

I work closely with Hillary in the Unifirst Lebanon office and she takes great care of us. We can often call at the very last minute and she somehow always makes it work. She is so great to work with and always has such a great attitude and makes her customers know their business is appreciate. Highly recommend Hillary!!!!

I have been doing business with UniFirst for over 15 years. Our Customer Service Rep. is Hilary. Our delivery is always on time and Hilary makes doing business with them a pleasure. I look forward to many more years with Unifirst and Hilary makes it easy for me know that any concern or questions are always answered. She is an asset to the company!
