You probably shouldn't shop there if you are a plus size woman. No one would wait on me. I finally took a coat up to the register to ask if it came in a bigger size. I was told that it wasn't even made that big. No offer to find me something else or provide any assistance. I will find one elsewhere and next year when my grandchildren need to be outfitted for winter we will find things for them elsewhere .nnI felt compelled to update this review. My Daughter -in - Law called and spoke with Gail, who was very apologetic about my experience . She said that was not the way they intended to treat people. She urged me to return and offered to personally help me. I did just that and although I did not find a coat, I was able to get a pair of shoes. Everyone treated me very respectfully and I received apologies from both Gail and John. They assured me that my issue had been dealt with. It was unfair of me to judge an entire store but the actions of one person. I am glad we were able to work through this situation.
The owner john is awesome, he always makes you feel like a friend and comfortable.l, such a fun atmosphere and great customer service
The service from Darren in the shoe department exceeded all expectations which was especially impressive considering how busy they were and how many pairs of shoes that guy was simultaneously giving people to try on. To top it all off they had the best price on the particular boots I was buying which I know because it's my 4th pair. This will be my go to place for boots and clothes from now on
