I like the feel of the place. I've been coming here for a few years and even though the owner retired, it's a great familiar place and now has a new twist to it. Isobel does a great job with my cuts and the business. The place is friendly , neat, and clean. I'll be coming back for a long time.
Grew out my hair over the course of two years until it was a hopeless mess. Walked out with the best looking haircut I've ever received in my life. My barber (Steven Diaz) even gave me a discount on some hair gel to keep it looking fresh! The haircut was quick and the barbers couldn't have been friendlier. Would recommend this place to anyone and everyone who wants to look their best!
Very upseting to see how things are being run at this business. I was told to wait in my car until I was called, so I waited for 25 minutes after my appointment time and never received a phone call from them. When they cancelled my appointment, they said I never answered the phone, of which I did not even get. Maybe that is technology issues, so I won't be too critical of that, but it is infuriating none the less. I have been here a few times before and have always loved it, so I will give them 2 stars because their service is generally excellent. Maybe once the pandemic is over and I can wait in the waiting area, I will go back to them, so I am not skipped over again. For now, I will look elsewhere.
