The service advisor who welcomed me (I didn't get the advisors name, but Richard Portillo is notated on the service invoice) wasn't in the best of moods... it happens! He gave some bogus explanation when I inquired about my battery service and the promotion online from Borman Autoplex on their battery replacement service. His words (in a bothered voice) were that they don't offer the promotion. That he has had several customers asking about it and that he wishes that the promotion would be removed. OK I thought... then do something about it and either speak with your supervisor and get it removed or honor the promotion. Please don't give me your attitude for inquiring about the promotion! To make an even longer story short I didn't receive a call to inform me about the replacement battery options and cost. Nor that my car was ready to pick up like he said I would. Upon paying my invoice I reviewed it and noticed that I was charged the promotional cost of my BXT Tested Tough Max replacement battery after all $129.95. I attached a photo of this coupon. All in all the service could have been better.
