I have called them multiple times because of the positive reviews posted online. Unfortunately they are using a call answering service So you do not get a callback. Clearly not the great personal experience that warranted these positive reviews online. Now one must wonder if the positive reviews are real.

I am a client of Bookstime, and couldn't be more appreciative. The company as a whole has a great communication style and is highly professional. Per hour they are more cost effective then other local bookkeepers. During the introduction call they just kept reminding me that I was the customer, which took some time to actually remember but changed my professional life. The primary book keeper assigned Tatyana makes my life simple, and produces quality work. No errors. Always friendly, always on her A-game. Simply fantastic! Efficiency is their game, and slowly they have taken more responsibility over so I can focus on the growth of my company. I couldn't ask for anything more. This is a great company to partner up with and alleviate the book keeping headaches.

Our company came out of the dark ages finding Books Time. The everyday service demands of our small family plumbing and heating business gave us little time to look at the numbers and make sense out of them. We were lucky to even have a handle on how much money was really coming in and out, let alone how much was really in the bank. Four months in, we now know immediately where our accounts stand and can begin to plan ahead financially. Books Time staff have tutored us through the entire process and every month our confidence in understanding the systems increases. Books Time has helped us get a new grip on our business and organizing us for expansion down the road, as well as streamlined the time we spent laboring through numbers.
