This place is so GREAT!! Great facility, safe, great prices and super clean! Craig is awesome! They have great communication and work really hard to do everything within their means to accommodate their tenants. ud83dudc4dud83dudc4d I highly recommend!!
Not surprised they have such a good review here. We used this location for about a year and half. I was the first one to us my unit. Loved the carts and easy access to the climate controlled units. I once locked my unit incorrectly (forgot to slide the bolt over before locking the padlock) and I got a phone call that evening letting me know.
Craig was very professional and patient. He was helpful in that we explored different sized and differently located units. With his assistance we arrived at decision we were most comfortable with. Craig is to be commended for his professionalism.
The leasing process was super easy, and the customer service from Salt Lake HQ was super friendly. The local management has been extremely helpful and personable. The unit is clean, easy to access. I highly recommend this company as a group who want to make storage convenient and easy to manage,
So far so good. Initial visit and process of setting up the lease was flawless. Unit is clean and everything works good. Will see how it will be in the future.
